Visitor guide – top tips for a great show

  • Wear comfortable footwear

  • Make sure your bag has a comfy strap and room for purchases and freebies!

  • Bring a bottle of water

  • Not all exhibitors take card payments, so bring cash

  • If you’ve got seminars booked either side of lunchtime, you may want to bring your own lunch to avoid queuing at the busiest time

  • You can eat your packed lunch in the seating areas on the gallery

  • Book your seminars in advance to save money

  • Bring your seminar tickets with you

  • You won’t be admitted into a session without a valid ticket

  • If you do misplace your seminar ticket on the day, replacement tickets can be obtained from the Seminar Booking Desk, situated on the gallery near the Seminar Rooms

  • If you’re attending seminars, bring a notepad and pens

  • Some of our speakers will make their notes available, but they will be emailed to you after the show

  • If you’ve got an early seminar, look at the map of the venue beforehand so you know where you’re going when you get through registration

  •  Make sure you look at the workshop programme - free to attend session
