A systemic approach to school improvement and emotional wellbeing

The session will focus on using an evidence based multi-disciplinary approach to school improvement that has been successfully implemented across an all age seven school MAT to improve outcomes and protect emotional wellbeing. It involves collecting the views of all stakeholders and focussing on aligning six key areas; whole school consistent approaches, prioritising professional learning and CPD, developing supportive policies, implementing targeted interventions, identifying specialist support and connecting appropriately to behaviour management approaches.
