Auditory Processing – A vital piece of the sensory puzzle

Developing strong auditory processing and beat competency skills are a foundation for sequencing abilities, language, listening, learning and memory. Much research into learning, concentration and listening difficulties shows auditory processing deficit to be an important component for many labels such as Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, ADHD and Autism. Alan will explain the individual elements of auditory processing and their significance to academic performance and offer practical options for improving these skills.
