The principles of co-production are at the centre of the Children and Families Act 2014, but exclusions, mental health issues and school absences are all increasing. Resources are stretched beyond breaking point in all elements of the education system. What is co-production and how can stronger relationships help schools, families and pupils reduce conflict, listen better, improve attendance and achieve better outcomes at all levels of SEND provision?
