The SEN and Disability Act 2001 20 years on: what difference has it really made?

In 2001, the SEN and Disability Act (SENDA) extended disability discrimination legislation to include education. Since then all the equalities legislation has been brought together in the Equality Act 2010. 20 years on from SENDA, what’s working well? What can we learn from cases that have gone to the tribunal? What lessons are still to be learned?
